    I'm a single foster mom of 3 kids ages 2, 4 and 8. The 8 y/o may want to ride rides the little ones cannot ride. Does Disney offer any assistance with children at the parks?

    Hi Jamila! I applaud you to opening your heart and home for these three wonderful children. I am sure they are beyond excited about heading to Walt Disney World for a magical vacation with you too.

    Single parents do have this issue when navigating the parks. Disney does not offer assistance for children while parents ride the rides. The only other option is very expensive and that is to hire a helper through the Kids Nite Out Sitting Services. You have to pay the hourly rate as well as the park ticket.

    I would also like to refer you to a previous Answer I had on the site for a similar question. Each attraction will judge what is best for the child but some will allow an 8 year old to ride by themselves if they feel it is safe and the child is comfortable doing that as well. You will have to just understand it is an attraction to attraction decision. You will find so many great things that you can all do together and I am sure everyone will have the time of their life!
