If I’m sick the day of my reservation, is it too late to cancel and to reschedule for another day?

    Hi Madeline, welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry to hear that you're not feeling well! I am sending all the magic I can muster in hopes you recover quickly!

But I do have good news for you! Theme park reservations are extremely flexible. As long as your theme park tickets are not expired, you can log into your Disneyland Resort account, cancel your current reservation, and then book a new reservation for a different date!

To cancel your current theme park reservation, you'll need to log in to your Disneyland Resort account, select the "My Disneyland" link, and then click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Select the reservation you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation". Not too bad right?

AND, in the worst case that your tickets happen to expire, you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. You can either visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths or call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636, and the amazing Cast Members can help you apply your tickets towards the purchase of new standard theme park tickets. Hopefully, you don't have to do all this, but nice knowing Mickey has you covered right?

    See ya real soon!
