When you placed your
MagicBand order, you should have received an email confirmation with the colors and any customization you added to your bands. If you pull up that email, you'll see a link somewhere around the middle of the page that says "Manage MagicBands." It may be possible to modify your order if it hasn't been processed yet, so try clicking there to see if the link works. If it doesn't, you'll want to
call Guest Relations at the number listed under "My Disney Experience and MagicBands" and explain the mix-up to a Cast Member. They'll be sure to get it all ironed out for you so your MagicBands are exactly what you wanted.
Once your MagicBand order is ship-shape and good to go, your bands will be shipped to your home address if the order is completed at least 11 days before your arrival. If it's less than 11 days but more than 6 days before your arrival, your MagicBands will be waiting for you at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Just stop by the front desk when you arrive, and you'll be sporting your MagicBands in no time!
James, did you know that the
My Disney Experience mobile app enables your phone to function in some of the same ways as a MagicBand? When you add your linked tickets to your phone's electronic wallet via the
Disney MagicMobile service, you can use your phone to enter the theme parks, and to collect all those amazing
Disney PhotoPass photos you'll be taking! Plus, your phone can unlock your Resort hotel room door, and you can even use it to
order and pay for your quick-service meals. MagicBands are still fun and super useful, but now you have even more options for navigating your Disney adventure!
