    Hi! I'm seeing you can write to your favorite Disney Characters, and receive a letter back.. I'm wondering if we can write to other characters, besides princesses and Mickey's direct friends. Ie- Herbie, or Mary Poppins?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re happy you brought a great question our way! 

    I love receiving magical mail from “the Happiest Place on Earth!” It's true! If you write a letter to your favorite Disney character, you will receive an autographed postcard back in the mail!  However, you will more than likely receive a postcard signed either by multiple Disney Princesses such as Jasmine, Ariel, Tiana, Cinderella, Belle, Aurora, Snow White, & Rapunzel or one signed by Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald Duck and Pluto also known as the Fab-Five.  

    It can take a few weeks to receive a response back.  Also, make sure to include your return address in the letter.

    If you have your heart set on an autograph from a particular character, and you have a friend or family member going on a trip to the Disneyland Resort, you can always ask them to get that character’s autograph for you. Characters are happy to provide an autograph when asked.
