I'm seeing on the Disney Dining website that the new Space 220 restaurant will not participate in the Disney Dining Plan. Is this definite, or will this change once the restaurant actually opens? Thank you.

Howdy Colin!  Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

This year is an amazing year to visit Walt Disney World Resort!  There are so many new attractions and dining experiences opening and many more scheduled to open throughout the year.  I am personally looking forward to dining at Space 220 in Epcot also.  According to the Walt Disney World website, this dining option is scheduled to open this winter.  I looked at the official Walt Disney World Dining Plan list for participating restaurant and this location is not listed as of today.  I would keep checking back in the months to come to see if this location will be added to the list.  The Disney Parks Blog is also a great reference for up-to-date information.

At the beginning of March, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is scheduled to open!  This will be the first attraction to feature Mickey Mouse and his friends.  I am looking forward to this zany adventure and I’m sure you will enjoy it too!

I know you are excited for your upcoming vacation and this year the Walt Disney World Resort has so many new adventures awaiting you!  If you have any more questions, please come back and visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    See Ya Real Soon Colin,
