Hi there, Justin! Welcome back to planDisney. It's great to see you again!
Oh, I love this question! The
Disney Magic is such a fun ship, and I can't wait for you to step onboard and explore all that is offered onboard. I polled my family (including my tweens) and we all agreed for a first-time water slider that it would be best to start on the
Twist N' Spout. It's a good idea to plug your nose right at the end of the slide to avoid a "water in the nose" situation as you make your final splash.
Then, we all encourage you to give the
AquaDunk a try! This is a thrilling waterslide, so pack your bravery and just go for it! I'll be honest, it was a bit nerve-wracking at first for all of us, but we returned again and again and loved it. The nose-plug technique is also a good idea for this slide.
I hope you end up loving both waterslides and have an absolute blast on the ship. After all of the excitement, it's a great idea to cool off with a soft-serve ice cream cone by the pool. For a more relaxing atmosphere, head to the adult-exclusive
Quiet Cove Pool area. It's a great spot to take a dip in the pool, lounge, read, or nap.
Have an amazing cruise! We'll be right here if you have any more questions. Happy Sailing!
