I’m sailing concierge to Alaska on July 21st via the Wonder. How do I prepare my requests for my 130 day email with shoreside/concierge? Specially how do I know which excursions are available? Which tastings onboard are offered and when? Mend of spa?

    Hello Tonya!

Your magical advantage of making requests to your Concierge team is on its way! With so many incredible port adventures and onboard activities available on the Alaskan itineraries, you’re truly wise to start planning early. When my spouse and I sailed to “The Last Frontier” and the Disney Wonder, we had some unforgettable experiences. Our favorite was the Enchanted Taku Glacier Lodge Flight and 5 Glacier Seaplane Discovery—it was absolutely breathtaking! Our travel companions couldn’t stop raving about the Mendenhall Glacier and Guided Walk. Plus, Dog Sledding on the Mendenhall Glacier is a bucket list experience that fills up fast, so it’s definitely one to keep an eye on!

You’ll receive an email from the Concierge team 135 days before your sailing, which will give you the chance to inquire about the specific options available for your trip. In the meantime, feel free to explore the full list of potential adventures on the Port Adventures Alaska page on the website.

One more tip: the Palo Brunch is always in high demand, and I can’t recommend it enough! Be sure to request it as soon as possible since the spots fill up quickly, but as a Concierge Guest, you’ve got a fantastic chance of securing your top picks.

I hope this helps with your planning and that all your Alaskan dreams come true!

    Happy planning and bon voyage!

I’m Anne, a native Iowan, wife, mother, and grandmother. For me, a major part of the fun of a Disney trip is the planning. I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel with multi-generational groups. I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
