I'm returning for my 4th trip, only this time with my 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter..Any suggestions as far as strollers are concerned. Should I bring one from home>?

    Hi Joanne,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  How exciting that you are going to experience Walt Disney World with your granddaughter!

Personally I would bring my own umbrella stroller.  After the age of three I have found that the stroller is more of a convenience, rather than a necessity for naps and gear for an infant.  You could certainly rent a stroller but I find at this age it is easier and more cost effective to bring an umbrella stroller.  Often times it's simply a matter of tired little legs, and that walk to the bus or parking lot could prove very difficult with an extremely sleepy pre-schooler.  Having my children in a stroller always puts me at ease, because I don't fear getting separated from the child.

You might also find the stroller helpful in the airport and resort, they are always much more walking than I expect (and if your granddaughter wants to walk you can use the stroller to carry your carry on bags).

I hope this helps, have a wonderful time!
