I'm returning this holiday season for the second time with my parents who are in their seventies. Where are some of the better holiday decorations at the resorts that they would enjoy?

How wonderful to be sharing a trip with your parents for the second time, especially during the holiday season.  WDW is certainly dressed in her best  during this time, especially the resorts. Hands-down the best hotel to me is the Grand Floridian with its towering Victorian tree, the life-size gingerbread house, the live Christmas music playing, the amazing flowers both within the resort and outside of it.  If you'd like to spend some time relaxing in the resort, I might suggest afternoon tea in the lobby.

A second favorite of ours is the Wilderness Lodge with its equally grand lobby and its more rustic feel with its decorations throughout the resort with its Pacific Northwest flavor.  Similarly, the Animal Kingdom Lodge has jaw-dropping lobby and grand tree with its African feel and celebration of animals.

All these resorts have plenty of seating throughout the lobby for guests to sit, to relax, and to enjoy the holiday decorations.  Have a magical time celebrating the holidays with your parents!
