I'm a FL resident, and want to bring my 2 and 4 yr. old kids during April or May of 2012. I want a room with either a separate bedroom or a balcony, so my husband and I can hang out when the kids are sleeping. Which resort, room and package should I get?

    Hi Kelly!

You can get a Disney Deluxe Villa!  A 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom villa will provide you with another space and privacy while the children are sleeping.  If your budget doesn't allow that, you can look at getting two standard rooms at either a Deluxe, Moderate, or Value Resort.  You can also look at getting a family suite at the All Stars Resort.  However, I think your best bet would be to get a Disney Deluxe Villa or two connecting rooms.

Another option is to stay in an offsite hotel, such as the DoubleTree Guest Suites in Downtown Disney.  My family has enjoyed staying there in the past when we needed more room.  Just remember that if you stay offsite, you won't have access to Disney's Magical Express, Extra Magic Hours, or Disney transportation to the theme parks from your hotel.

Good luck with your decision and write back with more questions!
