I’m renting an ECV for my trip to WDW, are there areas in the park I can park it for some time to do some walking/ enjoying the park/rides / stores?

    Hi Eulalia,

It’s so nice to see you here at planDisney with another planning question. I’m glad you’re looking ahead and planning for a fantastic theme park experience!

I’m happy to share that you won’t have any problem finding places throughout the theme parks where you can park your ECV and walk around to enjoy attractions, dining, or shopping. There are stroller/ECV parking areas located just steps from all attractions, where you can park and then head off to enjoy rides or browse in shops (look for stroller parking signs). There’s often a Cast Member working in the parking area to help with traffic flow, and they can also confirm you're parking in the correct spot.

When you return to your ECV, you may find that it’s shifted spots within the area (Cast Members are tasked with filling spaces efficiently as Guests leave and arrive), so I recommend using something like a ribbon or luggage tag to help your ECV stand out from the others. My daughters found this super helpful for spotting my mom’s ECV quickly.

I hope this information is helpful, Eulalia. If you have any other questions as your trip approaches, please don't hesitate to visit us again at planDisney. We're here to help make your trip seamless!

    See ya real soon,
