    I’m renewing my FL resident annual pass online. Can I pay the full renewal myself using a gift card without calling in? If paying with a gift card, is a credit card with a FL ZIP still required? Do you need to re-verify FL residency while renewing online?

    Hey there, Sam! Thank you so much for visiting us here at planDisney! We love having the opportunity to help Guests plan their upcoming trips to Walt Disney World Resort.

    I'd be happy to help you renew your Annual Passes online! I'm so glad you decided to renew! In fact, mine are up for renewal as well, so I'm familiar with the process. Here's how you can do it:

    1. Log in to your My Disney Experience account.
    2. Navigate to "My Plans and Tickets."
    3. Scroll down until you see the option for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker."
    4. Under Annual Passes, select “Select Passes to Renew or Upgrade,” then click "Renew."
    5. A drop-down menu will appear, where you can choose your preferred Annual Pass type. The price will be displayed to the right. At the bottom, you’ll see the total price. Sometimes it defaults to the monthly payment option. If you want to pay in full, select "Or See Annual Price."
    6. Click "Continue."
    7. Scroll down to the payment section and choose “Pay with a Disney Gift Card.” Enter your gift card information and submit your payment. 

    This should guide you through the renewal process smoothly.

    Before you start this process, you should combine all your Disney Gift Cards online. You’ll want to have one gift card with enough funds to cover the cost of your Annual Pass renewal. 

    That should help you renew your Annual Pass online, Sam. Should you encounter any difficulties, I highly recommend calling Disney, where a friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you with your payment. Also, you won't have to verify your Florida residency online at this time.
