When I’m renewing my magic key pass, what exactly will it charge me? Last time I used my park tickets as a down payment of sorts, would that change? I want to be ready before renewing my pass again

    Hi there, Arahi,

It is a good idea to plan for your upcoming Disneyland Resort Magic Key renewal. You’ll be prepared for another year of magic as you return over and over to a “world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy.”

California residents who visit the Magic Key renewal site up to 30 days before their pass expires have the option to pay for the renewed pass in monthly installments. No new down payment will be required. So your new monthly payment will simply be approximately one-twelfth of the full price of the pass type you select during renewal. The new payments will begin on the day you renew and your new pass can be used for booking new theme park reservations for available dates after your current pass expires. If you choose a different pass type for your renewal, the benefits for your new pass will also become available after that date.

Tony’s Tip: For more information about Magic Key renewals or to make adjustments to your method of payment, you may call the Magic Key Holders phone line.

    Have a magical year, Arahi!
