Hi Blaine,
Welcome to planDisney! I am sorry to hEAR that you are having trouble making
advanced dining reservations!
If you are still having trouble, I suspect it might be because your vacation package or resort hotel is not correctly linked in your
My Disney Experience account. Once you log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. To link your reservation, you will need the confirmation number - it should have been emailed to you.
If there are other people in your traveling party, make sure they are listed and/or connected in the
My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If you need to connect with another person who has their own My Disney Experience account, click on the My Family & Friends link in My Disney Experience, and then click on Add a Guest. When you connect with others, be sure to share all plans so that they can see the dining reservations,
Disney Park Pass system reservations, and
Disney PhotoPass photos.
Once you start making those dining reservations, you will need to make sure they correspond to your park pass reservations. If you have theme park tickets with the Park Hopper® Option, park hopping will be contingent on park capacity at the time of your visit. Having an advanced dining reservation will not necessarily grant you admission to a theme park. To be safe, just make your dining reservations where you have park pass reservations. And, you can always make dining reservations at other
resort hotels and
Disney Springs.
Blaine, I trust you will get those advanced dining reservations made and will be steps closer to your visit. We are delighted to welcome you for a few
Incredible Disney days! A world of magic awaits!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
