I book ground transportation with Disney Cruise Line almost every time I set sail, because of the ease and convenience.
Ground transportation options from a hotel to the port vary depending on your embarkation port. You can use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or
call Disney Cruise Line to reserve ground transportation.
If you'll be sailing from Port Canaveral, you can reserve ground transportation from your Walt Disney World resort hotel to the port. You'll receive an important email about 48 hours before your cruise date, which will include information such as what to do with your luggage and the time and location to meet at the hotel on the morning of your sailing. In my experience, luggage has usually been picked up from my hotel room between 7 and 8 a.m., and the time to meet to check in for the bus is usually between 9 and 10 a.m. Please remember to keep your
travel documentation with you in your carry-on luggage, as you will need it to check in at the cruise terminal.
