I’m sorry you were experiencing issues purchasing theme park tickets. There were so many visitors to
Disneyland.com when theme park ticket sales resumed as Guests planned vacations at the same time-- myself included! I hope you were able to successfully buy your tickets already, but if your transaction still hasn’t gone through, I recommend calling the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further with your purchase.
Once you have your tickets, be sure they are linked to your Disney account on
Disneyland.com or with the
Disneyland mobile app! Open the app and tap on the icon in the lower right corner that looks like three horizontal lines. Select "Tickets and Passes" to check if any tickets are already linked to your account. If not, tap the “+” symbol near the top right of this screen and then tap “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the number manually or scan the bar code for each ticket with your smartphone’s camera.
