Hey Andre!
Welcome to
planDisney!
Fellow Southern California resident here! I love living so close to the Happiest Place on Earth but I love a great deal even more. The
SoCal Resident Ticket is back and it’s perfect for those who want to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park without breaking the bank. This ticket is for Southern California residents who live in ZIP codes 90000- 93599 and Northern Baja California residents who live in ZIP codes 21000-22999. You’re going to want to make sure that you are logged into your Disneyland account and that your address is up-to-date before you purchase your tickets. A government-issued ID or Driver’s License will be required as proof of residency for all adults when entering the parks for the first time.
As you mentioned, kids under three years of age are a guest of Mickey Mouse and will not need to purchase a theme park ticket. If you are using all three days of the SoCal Resident Ticket during one vacation, then your son would not need a ticket as he was two years of age at the start of the trip. But if you are using the last day on a different trip that is weeks or months later, then he would need to purchase a ticket for that final day.
Well Andre, if you have any other questions before your trip please come back and let us know.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
Andres
