Hiya James,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
As you know, the Disneyland Resort requires a valid
theme park ticket and
theme park reservation for admission into the parks (subject to change). Guests can review park reservation availability ahead of time on the
Theme Park Reservation Calendar, which accounts for the variety of tickets available. I have waved my magic wand and see that (as of today) there are currently reservations available for both
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park (subject to change). But you better hurry! Once the clock strikes midnight (once park reservations are fully booked), they’ll be gone!
Once you purchase your theme park tickets, be sure to upload them into your MyDisney account to make the park reservations! Download the
Disneyland Mobile App and log into your MyDisney account. Click on the (☰) at the bottom right-hand of the screen and tap "My Tickets & Passes." Then click on the (+) sign at the top right corner and tap “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can select “Type ID” and type in the theme park ticket numbers to upload into your MyDisney account! Once these tickets are uploaded, then you can make park reservations!
Tip from Tiffany: Did you know Guests can
modify existing park reservations if they wish to change the park you visit first? You can easily modify a theme park reservation on the Disneyland website. Head to "Ticket and Reservations Details" found under the heading "My Disneyland." Next, click "Make or Modify Park Reservations" and then click "Modify Reservation". Select the date and/or theme park you wish to change to and then enjoy your visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth!
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
