If I'm purchasing Discovery Disney FL Resident tickets with a Gift Card online, do I need to bring my Gift Card with me when I pick up tickets? Or will just my ID be good?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mary! It’s always a pleasure to be chatting with a fellow sunshine state neighbor.

How wonderful that you are taking advantage of one of the magical exclusive offers for Florida Residents! I love being able to stretch my Disney dollars even more by starting my vacation planning on the special offers page. You never know what pixie dust you can find!

Mary, after checking with a Cast Member, they suggested holding on to your original method of payment, and also to bring with you your ticket purchase confirmation number and valid ID when you pick up your tickets. This will pretty much guarantee a smooth process, so you can start your magical visit quicker.

I hope this helps answer your questions. Please don’t hesitate to stop by if you have any additional questions or for any planning help. It’s our pleasure to assist you with as you dream up an unforgettable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    See ya real soon,
