    Hi, I’m about to purchase the park hopper tickets for my family of 4. I am wondering even if I purchase the tickets I still need to make theme parks reservations? If so what if there is no reservations and I already purchased my tickets can I get a refund

    Before purchasing your theme park tickets, I recommend that you check the Availability calendar. You’ll want to make sure that there’s availability to schedule a theme park reservation(s) for the day(s) you are planning on visiting, before completing your purchase. 

    If you’ve already completed your purchase, I recommend taking a look at the eTicket Terms & Conditions. According to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. You can, however, hang on to your expired and wholly unused theme park tickets to use towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket at a later date.

    Fingers crossed you can secure a theme park reservation for your upcoming visit, Casey. I recommend checking for a theme park reservation periodically throughout the day, you might get lucky enough to scoop one up!
