    Hi! I'm in the process of planning a WDW vacation for my 19th Birthday! But you guys are SO amazing answering questions I thought it would be prefect to ask you! When you check out of you resort, would your magic band still allow access to the pool?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this question. Thank you also for your very kind words. We absolutely love helping Guests plan their magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

    I'm happy to report that you will be a Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guest until 11:59 p.m. on the day you check out! This means you can continue to use your MagicBand to access the pool and other amenities at your Resort hotel even after you check out. In addition, if you have the Disney Dining Plan, you can continue to use your dining credits until 11:59 p.m. on your departure day.

    There is no need to worry about your luggage because Bell Services at your Resort hotel can store your luggage after you check out, and you can simply pick up your bags before you depart. You can also take advantage of the Resort Airline Check-In service, as long as your airline participates in this service. This complimentary service lets you check-in for your return flight, collect your boarding pass and even check your bags at the Airline Check-In desk. We have used this service several times, and it makes our departure day very convenient.

    Quick Tip: Be sure to pick up a complimentary "Happy Birthday" button at any of the theme parks or Walt Disney World Resort hotel. You never know what pixie dust may come your way when you're wearing a Happy Birthday button!
