Hi! I'm in the process of packing for my Disney trip coming up in a week and a half. I was wondering if it's allowed for me to bring ibuprofen or Dramamine into the parks with me? I get a little motion sickness and would like to enjoy the rides too

Hello Samantha and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such an important question about your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort.
There's nothing quite like the joy of packing for a magical Disney trip and my personal list reads a little something like this -
    Minnie Ears - check
    Favourite Disney tee-shirts - check
    Sparkly Disney back-pack - check
    Super comfy shoes - check
But all joking aside, it's really a smart idea to pop a handy pack of over-the-counter headache and motion sickness medication into your day bag or pocket. At Bag-Check at the entrance to each Disney Theme Park I usually point out to the Security Cast Member that I have a small pack of medicine in my bag and in my own personal experience this has never proved an issue.
It may be helpful for you to know that it's possible to check each individual Disney Attraction for its Thrill Level.  For Example: Astro Obiter shows on the right hand side of the webpage that it is a 'slow ride with spinning'.
Plus I also thought you may find this Bringing Personal Medications into the Parks - Frequently Asked Question and this Walt Disney World Park Rules link to be extra helpful planning resources.
Wishing you a very magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort where dreams really can come true.
    Have a great Disney day.
