I'm planning a WDW vacation for our family this coming spring. Our boys will be 3 and 6 and this will be their first time at Disney. Which resorts do you think they would enjoy the most? We don't really have any price constraints.

Hi Benjamin!  If budget is not an issue for you choosing a great resort for your family then I would highly suggest you consider one of the monorail resorts.  These are the Grand Floridian, the Polynesian, and the Contemporary.  They are located on the monorail which gives you quick and easy access to the Magic Kingdom which is most likely the park you will want to spend most of your time at considering the boys ages.

The deluxe resorts will offer more amenities with their rooms generally being a bit larger and the themeing more extensive.  They will also have table service restaurants as part of the resort making dining easy.  All three of the resorts mentioned have great recreation facilities and the Polynesian has a fun and beautiful pool.  To compare the resorts you can click HERE.  For a relaxed theme the Polynesian is the choice.  For an elegant grand feel you would want to pick the Grand Floridian.  The Contemporary has a bit more of a busy feel but it will come down to the atmosphere you feel fits your family best.  You can't go wrong at any Disney resort to get that Disney magic!
