I'm planning a visit sometime in September/October but I was wondering if anyone knows when the Not so Scary party dates will be this year.

    Hi Heather,

Every year, guests eagerly anticipate the announcement of the dates for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which takes place on select nights in September and October. Usually, that announcement comes in February or March. Tickets normally go on sale later in the spring.

If you want to see past dates to give you an idea of the party's frequency, you can find those on several unofficial sites, including allears.net. I anticipate that a similar schedule will be followed in 2017.

The announcement of the dates usually comes on the Disney Parks Blog, so you may want to keep an eye on the blog over the next few weeks for updates.

I hope you can include Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in your fall vacation plan, Heather. The Boo to You Halloween Parade and the Happy Hallo-Wishes Fireworks Show are so much fun.

You'll also be able to take in another of my favorite special events during your visit: The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, which this year is longer than ever, running from August 31 through November 13, 2017.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if we can help in any way as you make your plans for fall. Enjoy!
