    I'm planning a visit to Epcot and Animal Kingdom in July. There will be a vegetarian in my group. Where are the best places to eat?

    Perfect timing, Michael!  Are you familiar with the Disney Parks Blog?  Just last week they ran a post highlighting the best restaurants on property for vegetarian diners.  Here is the LINK to that post. 

    While I'm not a strict vegetarian, I pretty much stick to poultry, and often times opt for full vegetarian meals.  Some of my favorite options in Epcot are: Yak & Yeti for its veggie Lo Mein dish, and Flame Tree Barbecue (they have a killer fruit plate there).  In Epcot, I like Restaurant Marrakesh for its vegetable couscous and La Cantina de San Angel for its empanadas de queso.  I hope that helps!
