    Hi, I'm planning to visit Disney in May 2013 with my dd who will then be 8. I was hoping to stay in a Disney hotel, however, as a single parent have found that the hotel price is the same for us as a family double the size. Does Disney ever have offers?

    Hello, Joanne,

    Yes, Walt Disney World does offer Special Offers throughout the year; however, there are no current offers for the time of your trip with it being over a year away.  

    I'd encourage you to check the above link periodically to see about special offers or to work with a reputable travel agent who will do the work for you (AAA often has agents that specialize in Disney travel, and we Moms have worked with agents if you need some suggestions). You may also want to begin regularly visiting the Disney Parks Blog, www.allearsnet.com, www.mousesavers.com and www.disneyfoodblog.com since they have loads of information about Disney travel.
