Hi, i'm planning to visit Disney Magic Kingdom & Hollywood Studio. big Star Wars and princess fan. i got the idea to do it in one day..i wonder if it's realistic? and how it work for parking ticket and travel between both park after open hour

Bright suns, Laurance! Welcome to planDisney.

In the words of Rapunzel, you're about to have the BEST. DAY. EVER! I'm very honored to help you plan your great, big, beautiful tomorrow.

If you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, theme park parking is complimentary. If you're staying offsite, you'll pay a daily parking fee, but it covers you for the entire day. So, if you park at Magic Kingdom Park in the morning and later decide to head to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, just show your receipt, and you’ll be waved right through—no extra charge!

If you have the Park Hopper Option on your ticket, you can seamlessly switch between parks whenever the Force beckons you to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Now, as for whether your plan is "realistic"—that all depends on your expectations, Laurance. Magic Kingdom Park is what I like to call a "two-day park" since there’s so much to experience. And if you want to do everything at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll need a full day there as well. So, to make the most of your time, you’ll want to be strategic. What are your absolute must-do attractions and experiences?

Can I suggest a game plan? Start your day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and head straight to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to soak in the immersive atmosphere. Purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass and grab an early return time for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Use Lightning Lane Multi Pass to book early return times for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Slinky Dog Dash, and Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway. You'll inevitably get hungry and so grab some galactic grub at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.

Once you've gotten your Star Wars fix, you can then hop over to Magic Kingdom Park and finish the day there. Meet beloved Disney Princesses at Princess Fairytale Hall or step into a tale as old as time at Enchanted Tales with Belle. The best part? You’ll end your magical day with Happily Ever After, the breathtaking nighttime spectacular over Cinderella Castle!

I hope that helps, Laurance! If you have any more questions, please ask away. May the Force be with you!
