Welcome to planDisney, Rosanna! I'm so glad to hear that you're planning a vacation for next March. Spring break is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort! The sun will be shining and the flowers will be in bloom, so it's the perfect time of year to enjoy the Theme Parks or some time by the pool at your Resort Hotel.
Rosanna, when you book a vacation package that bundles your tickets with a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you will pay a deposit to secure your reservation and then the balance of your vacation is due 30 days before your check-in date. You can pay the entire balance at that time, or you can make smaller payments throughout the year if that's what you prefer. While there is no official payment plan in place, you are welcome to pay in installments through
My Disney Experience at your convenience.
Let's talk strollers! It's a great idea to think about how your kids are going to get around Walt Disney World Resort. I usually walk more than 10 miles a day while I'm on vacation, and that's a lot for little legs to handle!
Single and double strollers are available for rent at the Theme Parks and that works for lots of families. If you think you might need a stroller outside of the Theme Parks, I recommend either bringing your own or renting one from ScooterBug, which is the Disney Featured Provider for stroller and mobility rentals. Keep in mind that if you do bring your own stroller,
it must be 31” (79cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long or smaller, and stroller wagons are not permitted.
I hope this answers your question, Rosanna, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
