Hi Joseph,
Your early November 2025 vacation sounds like it’s shaping up to be a splash! When it comes to Disney’s Water Parks, you’re in for a treat because both
Disney's Blizzard Beach and
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon offer incredible ways to cool off and have fun. However, only these parks operate on a rotational basis so when one is open, the other is closed for refurbishment.
Historically, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park has been the go-to spot for winter months, and it's currently open for Guests to enjoy. Although Disney hasn’t yet announced operating schedules for November 2025, it’s worth noting that Blizzard Beach usually shines this time of year with frosty fun and exciting attractions.
At Blizzard Beach, you can experience:
Summit Plummet, one of the tallest and fastest water slides in the world—perfect for thrill-seekers!
The family-friendly Teamboat Springs, one of the longest group raft rides anywhere.
Melt-Away Bay, a relaxing wave pool that feels like a frosty retreat under the Florida sun.
Plenty of spots for younger Guests, like Tike’s Peak, a pint-sized splash zone.
If Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park happens to be open during your visit (which is less likely in November), you’d get to explore its tropical, storm-themed vibe, complete with:
The legendary Surf Pool, which boasts 6-foot waves you can ride or simply watch roll in.
The lazy Castaway Creek, winding through lush landscapes.
Thrilling slides like Crush 'n’ Gusher and family-favorite Miss Adventure Falls.
Exciting news for
2025: Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel will enjoy complimentary entry to one of the Disney Water Parks on their check-in day! This new perk makes arriving early and diving right into the magic even more enticing.
Keep an eye on Disney's website or the
Disney Parks Blog as your vacation gets closer for announcements about water park operations. Whichever Park is open, it’s sure to add an extra splash of magic to your adventure!
