I'm planning on using the online check in . It ask time of arrival and departure does it matter what time I put or is it an estimate of what time I might arrival and departure ?

    Greetings, Katrina!

I hope you are looking forward to your upcoming Walt Disney World® Resort vacation! Online check-in is another fun step in the process of preparing for a magical trip.

Inputting your estimated time of arrival and departure when completing online check-in allows your resort to determine in what order they prepare guest arrival packets. This process helps ensure your items are at the front desk and ready when you arrive. Additionally, listing your departure time helps "Mouse Keeping" identify in which order to clean and prepare rooms for newly arriving guests.

I hope this helps, Katrina! Please do not hesitate to ask any additional questions you may have. The Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to help.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
