I'm planning a trip with my wife and our five nieces to Disney World. At the time of our vacation, they will still be minors. Is it possible to book separate rooms? (2 rooms for the teens(from 12 to 14), 1 for us). Thanks a lot!

    Olá Andre!

It is always so nice to welcome a fellow Brazilian to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you have come to us to help you plan a magical vacation for your family.

Your five nieces must be so excited to travel to the Walt Disney World Resort with you and your wife! You are making the right decision by staying at a Disney Resort hotel to enjoy many great benefits including one of my favorites: complimentary transportation. You will be able to travel to and from Orlando International Airport with Disney’s Magical Express, and Disney will take care of comfortably taking you and your family to the theme parks, water parks and Disney Springs with Disney transportation.

Andre, please note that there must be a Guest 18 years or older on each Disney Resort hotel reservation, that means one Guest room will have to be under your name and the other under your wife’s name. I recommend speaking to your travel agent in Brazil to help you make reservations, and I suggest putting in a request for connecting rooms. Although not guaranteed, this is a very convenient way for your party to stay connected during your stay, allowing you to easily provide the support your nieces may need. For a group with teens I highly recommend Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort. This is one of my favorite Disney Resort hotels in the value category, the Guest rooms have been recently renovated and the theming is simply magical!

Did you know that the Disney Parks Moms Panel is available in Portuguese? Stop by next time, it will be a pleasure to assist you in our own language.

    Saudações mágicas,
