I'm planning a trip to WDW w/my 5 & 3 yr olds in nov. Based on your postings I should be making dinner and prob lunch reservs. after character meals, how do i begin planning the rest? should i make at least one reserv per day? don't know where to start

    Hi Carrie:

Because I have favorite restaurants, and new restaurants I like to try, and because I have two toddlers who are happier when we eat at more regular times, we do find it much easier to make advance dining reservations.  However, we don't go overboard.  We tend just to make dining reservations for dinner only, and maybe one to two character breakfasts.  For lunch and most breakfasts, we prefer to eat at more casual quick service restaurants.  If you feel you want to eat sit-down lunches, I wouldn't worry as much about making advance dining reservations for lunch.  Usually we have better chances making last-minute or even walk-up lunch reservations than we do for dinner.

To get started planning your meals, head over to this Disney World Restaurant list where you can search, sort, and filter your choices based on cuisine, location, experience and more.

After searching around, let us know if you have more specific dining questions.

    Enjoy.
