Hi I'm planning a trip to WDW and struggling on making a decision on which deluxe hotel to stay at, either Disneys Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or Disney's Contemporary Resort, I have a 4yrold and we like to be quie close to the magic kingdom any thoug

Abbie your four year old will be so enchanted by the Magic Kingdom! Flying on elephants, cruising with pirates, and meeting Mickey is a magical experience for a preschooler.

All resorts at Walt Disney World are child and family friendly, but Disney's Contemporary Resort would be my first pick for you. In sight of the Magic Kingdom, this hotel has a fun, modern feel, a restaurant where you can eat with Mickey and Minnie, an enjoyable pool, and the monorail whizzes through the lobby. Plus you can walk to the Magic Kingdom! You can not beat the convenience of the Contemporary's location if you wish to be close to the castle. Save Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa for when your child is older and can better appreciate the resort's elegance and luxury.

Please contact me if you have any additional questions. Enjoy planning your trip to the most magical place on earth.
