I'm planning a trip to WDW (staying offsite) & trying to decide if I should get an annual pass. Do AP holders get a discount to events like Mickey's Halloween Party? Is there a list of complete benefits/discounts?

    Hi Becky,

It's great that you're thinking about a Walt Disney World annual pass. Passholders get a variety of benefits, including free standard parking (currently valued at $20 per day) and discounts on merchandise, dining, resort stays and special events and tours. Annual passes also give you the ability to park hop as much as you like.

You asked specifically about Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Passholders are eligible for a 15 percent discount for that event. You can find a full list in this guide to passholder benefits. Other discounts range from 10 to 30 percent.

If you a planning a long visit to Walt Disney World or more than one visit in a 12-month period, an annual pass might be right for you.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Becky. I hope this helps you as you decide whether to upgrade to an annual pass for your upcoming visit. Please check back with us if you need more details or other questions. We're always happy to share our Walt Disney World experiences.

    Enjoy,
