I'm planning a trip to WDW for October 2015 and am hoping to get tickets for Mickey's No So Scary Halloween Party. Would you recommend doing the party on a day where I am already planning to go to Magic Kingdom. Or on a "rest" day with nothing el

    Hey Tammi-

I love Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. My family dressed up as characters from Toy Story and trick-or-treated all over the Magic Kingdom Park last September. With low crowd levels and perfect weather, our trip was unforgettable.

I would sleep in late, rest, enjoy your resort pool or head to Downtown Disney Marketplace that day.  You are able to enter the Magic Kingdom Park around 4:00 p.m. with just your party ticket. You will receive a special bracelet showing you are a party guest. The party begins at 7:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00 a.m. If you arrive early then you can take advantage of a total of 8 hours in the Magic Kingdom Park. There is no need to buy a theme park ticket for this day unless you want to visit some of your favorite attractions at other Walt Disney World Theme Parks. If you want specialty merchandise from this party, make sure you buy it during the party and not after the party is over. Merchandise stores close promptly at 12:00 a.m.

Have a spooktacular time at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Please wave to my friends, Phineas, Ezra and Gus, the hitchhiking ghosts during the Boo to You! parade.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
