Welcome to planDisney, LeAnna!
Oh, I like how you think!
While I love visiting
Walt Disney World, my favorite type of trip is exploring the magic with additional family and friends!
As the planner in our group, I know you also have some very specific requirements in mind for a trip with four rooms. Making sure that your rooms are as close to each other as possible, that you submit a request for a particular location (top floor? theme park view? close to a bus stop?), and that you have access to view everyone's plans is key to a magical stay.
Because you are logged into your
My Disney Experience account, LeAnna, the online booking system may be automatically adding that reservation with you as the lead guest. While you can make four individual reservations--each with its own confirmation number--then link them via My Disney Experience, there is an easier way.
Instead, I suggest calling the Walt Disney World Help Center at the number listed for assistance with
Tickets and Hotel Reservations. Sometimes, there are things these super-talented Cast Members can access that regular guests such as you and me simply cannot. These folks have just the right amount of pixie dust to get those multiple room reservations arranged just how you'd like them.
Before you do so, I suggest that you gather the
My Disney Experience account information from each person in your travel party, then link with each other in the
Family & Friends List. Once you've done so, it's easy to share plans, see all sorts of reservations, and even take a look at everyone's
Disney PhotoPass pics of all the park fun. When calling that Cast Member, they'll be able to see everyone on your list, making it much easier to assist you with reservations.
LeAnna, as you put together the details of your positively pixie-dusted visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
