I'm planning a trip with my son. We are going with my aunt and her two grandchildren. I have found a room that works for us, but have a question about booking flights and ground. Can we all be on the same reservation even with diifferent flights into MCO

Hi Amanda!  It sounds like you are planning a great vacation with your aunt to Walt Disney World.   I know you will have an amazing time making memories together.

Amanda, me and my best friend are sharing a Disney Resort hotel room in November.  She is flying in from Missouri, while I fly from Alabama.  We had no problem at all arranging Disney's Magical Express transportation for both of our flights. Once you book your room reservation and your flights you can simply call Disney's Magical Express at (407) 939-1936 to update your traveling parties arrival and departure information.  Or if you have booked through a travel agent, they can add the complimentary transportation to your reservation for you.  It's that simple!

If you think of any other questions we can help you while you plan your pixie-dusted vacation, please let us know.   We love to help Guests have the most magical time possible on a Walt Disney World vacation.
