I'm planning a trip in Oct17 & 1 of 3 people may not be able to make the trip but is working to make it work. Should I make the reservation w 3 people and remove the 1 if they aren't coming or is it easier to start with 2 & add later?

    Hi Laura!

Planning ahead for a Walt Disney World vacation is so important since it is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the world.

I recommend you definitely include all persons who might be included in your reservation. As long as that number will not be over a room's maximum number it is best to go ahead and include them so they can be a part of the planning. All resort rooms can accommodate three persons so that is not an issue with you.

This is especially true with your dining reservations and those can be made at 180 days out from your arrival date. Include all persons who you think might be a part of your group for each reservation. It is very easy to drop someone off but can be extremely difficult to add later on.

I hope everyone is able to experience the magic of Disney in the fall. Include everyone in the planning process no matter what and hopefully some of that magic will rub off and the person in question will find themselves heading to Disney in October.
