I'm planning another trip for Nov/Dec 2015. I'm worried the Saturday after Thanksgiving will be too crowded so I'm considering the following week if it would be less crowded? Also would the temps still be good mid December? Thanks you guys are the best!

    Hi Adria,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are correct that the Saturday after Thanksgiving likely will be pretty busy at Walt Disney World as families finish up their holiday vacations -- mine included. But you should see the crowds drop off significantly beginning on Sunday after Thanksgiving and remain relatively light until the beginning of the Christmas week.

It's really hard to predict the weather during that time of year. Last year during Thanksgiving week, the temperature plunged rapidly into the 30s for a couple of nights. However, other years, we've had highs in the upper 80s during late November and early to mid-December. The average is highs in the mid- to upper 70s and lows in the mid- to upper 50s, with very little rain, which is perfect theme park weather in my book.

I hope that helps you make your decision. It's a beautiful time of year at Walt Disney World. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you as you make your plans. Enjoy!
