I'm planning a trip in January, already have a pass, and I am a FL resident. I was wondering if I should wait to see if there are any good pass holder Resort hotel room discounts, or is the FL resident discount, just as good? Thank you for your help.

    Hi, Chaya!

If you have your heart set on a specific resort, I would go ahead and book it now with whichever rate is the best deal currently.   If you find a better offer as you get closer to your January travel dates, you can always re-book with the lower price.

Since you are looking to book a "room only" reservation, you have until 5 days prior to your vacation to change/cancel your reservation, so you will have plenty of time to shop around for price.   Good luck finding the best rate available.  I always figure every dollar I save is more money I can put away for my NEXT Disney adventure!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
