Hiya Jordan! Welcome to planDisney! It's great to have you stop by!
One aspect of planning your upcoming trip that you won't need to worry about is making
theme park reservations. If you purchase date-based park tickets, reservations will no longer be required and you can choose which park you plan to visit the morning of. This helps create a bit more flexibility during your stay and allows you to switch gears if needed. If you add the
Park Hopper Option to your tickets, you also won't be restricted to when you can start hopping. Currently, you must wait until 2 PM each day to hop to another park, but this will also change just before your visit.
You bring up a great point, Jordan. Once park reservations are no longer needed, they will not appear with your Future Plans on your
My Disney Experience account. To keep track of where you plan to go each day, you can use the "Add More Plans" dropdown menu and select "Notes." This will allow you to create a note to "My Plans" to account for your park days. You'll enter the date, time, location, subject, and description. You can also add each Guest that is linked to your My Family & Friends List to share this note with them as well. Once you are finished, this will appear on your Daily Itinerary to serve as a reminder for your upcoming trip. I used this feature when I attended Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party since these special event tickets do not appear on your Future Plans.
You'll be happy to know that the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is returning just a day before you arrive! You'll have the opportunity to attend this colorful and spectacular event as often as you make a trip to EPCOT. The DISNEY ON BROADWAY concert series is returning and I'm sure will feature some amazing artists and performers.
I hope you have a magical time planning your stay, Jordan!
