There's nothing like taking your little Mouseketeer to The Happiest Place on Earth. I was there with my family this summer and we had the most tigger-ific time! My daughter was able to meet the REAL Elsa and Mirabel and my son was able to meet the REAL Lightning McQueen and Mater at Disney California Adventure Park. It was so precious seeing the magical looks on their faces.

But Disneyland Resort is not just for kids! So I'm glad to hEAR that you're planning on getting Disney Genie+ so that you can access the Lightning Lane entrances to various attractions. My wife and I do this on our Disney vacations. On those rides that we can't take a child on, we make use of Rider Switch. It's such a handy system!

The good news is that your party doesn't need to go on the attraction all together. You'll have a 1-hour window to use your Lightning Lane selection. It's up to each individual when they want to scan into the attraction. So you won't have an issue, Michael.

Make sure you experience Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland Park and Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! at Disney California Adventure Park. Also, I'm sure your little one will absolutely adore "it's a small world." It's always been a family favorite in our house. The Disneyland Park version of this attraction is pretty special.

Also, since you'll have Disney Genie+, don't forget to make use of the Disney PhotoPass service. You and your family will be able to enjoy unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital downloads from your Disney day. How cool is that?
