    Hi! I’m planning a trip to Disney World for October. Would you need to book a hotel and tickets separately? Even if you do have tickets to the parks, would you still not be guaranteed admission into the park? Thanks!

    Hello Sara! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You've picked a perfect time of the year to visit Mickey, Minnie, and all of their pals! I love the Fall season at the Walt Disney World Resort! The decorations, especially in Magic Kingdom Park, are so fun and festive!

    As you might know, the Walt Disney World Resort is currently preparing to reopen the magic for Guests! In doing so, Mickey will focus first on Guests with existing tickets and reservations. So, for the time being, new reservations are temporarily being paused. New ticket sales and Disney Resort Hotel reservations will resume after Guests with existing reservations have been assisted. At that time there will be further information provided for Guests wishing to book new vacation packages! I know how excited all of us are to hear the new details on how to book a vacation package! I encourage you to check the Disney World website and the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information!

    When the Disney Parks reopen, Guest attendance will be managed through a new reservation system. This will be available on DisneyWorld.com. Guests will have to make a reservation in advance. Park capacity will be limited to ensure the safety of Guests and Cast Members. As a result, park reservations will be subject to availability. The good news is that the Walt Disney World Resort offers four magical parks for Guests to enjoy during their stay! I am spreading a little extra pixie dust around in hopes that you will get to enjoy your favorite Disney Parks!
