Hi Hannah!
Welcome to planDisney!
Today is a great day to plan a visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort! It sounds like you are trying to purchase
theme park tickets with the
Park Hopper® Option. Although you can purchase those tickets separately, I also suggest that you consider purchasing them as part of a
vacation package with a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Once you purchase those theme park tickets or book a vacation package, be sure to also check the
theme park reservation requirements. It sounds like you are planning to purchase date-based tickets and, if so, would currently not need theme park reservations. Just be sure to double-check before arrival!
Once you purchase those theme park tickets, you should be good to go. Make plans accordingly. When we have tickets with the Park Hopper® Option, we will typically do one park until lunchtime and then we will hop to the next park after lunch. When our girls were younger, we would go to one park in the morning, head back to the resort hotel to take an afternoon nap, and then head to another park for dinner. So keep an eye on the
park hours for the dates of your visit and, once those dates are visible on the calendar, decide which parks you plan to visit on which days.
Hannah, I am delighted to see you planning ahead. Your arrival date will be here before you know it! Since you are planning to park hop, remember that you could park hop to see the Happily Ever After fireworks at Magic Kingdom or
Luminous The Symphony of Us at EPCOT. My family absolutely adores the fireworks shows. Know this also - we are all checking the
Disney Parks Blog for updates on the official opening of Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Sing it with us...
we are almost there!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
