I'm planning a trip to Disney for my son's 3rd birthday. He will be turning 3 the day we go to the park. Would we still have to purchase a ticket for him? I'm not sure if we would have to show some kind of proof.

    Howdy Ivannia!

It sounds like you are planning a truly magical vacation and I know your son will love every moment of his 3rd birthday.

Proof of his age will not be requested.  A Cast Member told me that assuming he might not turn 3 until later in the day, you should be fine.

The guideline found on the Theme Park Tickets page reads:  "Please note that children younger than age 3 don't need a ticket."

For further clarification, you can contact a Cast Member at New Tickets and Special Events by calling (407) 939-7679.

Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you plan your vacation. Have a magical day!
