    I'm planning my trip for Dec 17-24. I thought that the Mickey Very Merry Christmas Parade runs the week of Christmas without the required additional ticket. Can you tell me which day that starts this year? Thanks so much!

    Hello Kim!  Visiting Walt Disney World the week of Christmas is my absolute favorite.  In fact, this will be my 3rd Christmas in a row there!  

    This year, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party runs on select nights starting November 8th until December 18th.  After that, parts of the party like the special parade are available to all guests in Magic Kingdom daily.  So if you aren't interested in buying a party ticket for December 17th or 18th, you'll be able to catch some of the festivities any day after that.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
