Hi Moms, I'm planning a trip for my daughters 5th birthday in August 2016, I was wondering when is a good time to make our resort reservations? We are staying for 4 nights 5 days.

    Hello Braelyn!

In my opinion, it is never too early to begin planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. There is something so exciting in having a magical trip "on the books." Honestly though, I usually recommend reserving your trip as soon as you are able for the best possibility in receiving your desired resort. After booking, I always keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website to watch for any discounts released during our trip. If one happens to be released you can call and ask them to apply it to your reservation, subject to details and availability.

I hope you have a great time planning your daughter's special day, but if there is anything else we are able to assist you with, please let us know.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
