Hi, there!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Vinicius. We're so happy to help you plan your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
My daughter is 2-years old, and we just returned from a Disney vacation a few days ago. She had the very best time! She loved being immersed in her favorite stories on popular attractions. She also loved seeing her favorite Characters. I'll never forget how she beamed when she saw Mickey and Minnie in the
Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party. I bet your daughter will make lots of magical memories too!
Since your little princess will be 2-years old when your family arrives at the Walt Disney World Resort, she'll be considered under the age of 3 for the length of your stay. Children under the age of 3 are not eligible for the
Disney Dining Plan, so she won't be able to be added to your existing plan even though she'll turn 3 mid-stay. She's welcome to share from an adult's plate or you may order something from the menu for her and simply pay out-of-pocket for that item.
Did you know that children under the age of 3 can eat for free at all-you-care-to-enjoy dining locations like
Chef Mickey's? My family always tries to book a few of these dining experiences because we know we'll most certainly leave with full bellies!
I hope this was helpful, Vinicius. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
