Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Vanessa!
I am so excited that you are visiting the Disneyland Resort for the first and with your little one! I think you will find the parks to be extremely accommodating to young families like yours. First, you should know that your infant can ride with you on the many
attractions that do not have height requirements. If you plan to wear your child in a wrap or baby carrier, some attractions will allow you to keep the child in the apparatus while you ride. Next, you will want to make good use of the
Baby Care Centers - there is one located in each park. These are quiet and cool places you can go to change diapers, nurse, rock the baby to sleep, or just relax. They also sell baby essentials here if you find that you run out of something while you are visiting.
You can nurse anywhere in the parks where you feel comfortable, but if you are looking for somewhat quiet places to nurse or allow the baby to nap, check out these locations:
-The Opera House at Town Square is usually pretty calm and if your child is like mine was and requires constant walking around to be lulled to sleep, you can explore the artwork, models, and memorabilia that are featured here.
-The seating area behind Edelweiss Snacks near Matterhorn Bobsleds has ample seating and is usually sparsely populated.
-Almost anywhere along the newly reopened Big Thunder Trail or in New Orleans Square along the Rivers of America.
-In Disney California Adventure Park, there are a few nooks and crannies in the Pacific Wharf Area, near Paradise Garden Grill, and anywhere along Pacific Pier in the World of Color viewing areas.
I hope this information is helpful. Have a wonderful time at the Disneyland Resort!
