    I'm planning a surprise Pirates and Pals firework cruise for my family in April, 2012. We're staying at Port Orleans FQ. If Magic Kingdom closes at 11, will monorail and bus transportation still be available to get us back to our hotel after the cruise?

    Hello Meghan,

    If you haven't yet sailed on the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage, you are in for a fantastic treat. I truly believe this is the best view of Wishes, the Magic Kingdom fireworks show.

    Disney Transportation, including the Monorail and buses, run for approximately an hour after Park closing. You should have plenty of time after your Voyage to hop on the Monorail, jump off at the Transportation and Ticket Center and take a bus to your Resort. However, if you believe time is getting a bit tight, you can always take a bus from the Contemporary Resort to Downtown Disney then take a boat or bus back to your Resort.
